Place Your Order
When you click the “Buy Now” Page you will be taken to a Checkout page. You’ll enter your contact details and pay for the service. (Note at this stage you’ll need to complete separate checkout process for each service you purchase).
Getting to Know You
Once your payment is processed you’ll be taken to a page where you will be able to enter the details we need. The most important one will be the Brand Style Guide. You’ll also enter details such as your website, social media profiles, links to your videos/content. This will vary depending on the service that you have purchased.
Note: It is a requirement for any Content Creation or Social Media services to have a current and professional Brand Style Guide. If you have no idea and need to work with someone 1:1 then we recommend you book an Orientation call and as part of that we will better understand your needs and connect you with the right designer. If you don’t have a Professional Style Guide but have a fairly good idea of how you’d like you’re your brand to look, we recommend purchasing a Brand Style Guide Service, where you will upload your logo, your preferred colours and examples of other brands that appeal to you and we’ll create a style guide for you.
Ready to Go
As soon as you provide the details we need, we’ll send you a confirmation message saying it’s been received. For your first project, we’ll review within 1 business day to ensure we have everything we need to get started.
Your Content is Created
Review & Delivery
As soon as your assets ready you’ll receive an email with a link to a Dropox folder that will contain your assets. We’ll ask you to review those within 2 business days and let us know if there are any issues. If you have any questions or anything that needs changing you can let us know. If we don’t hear from you we’ll mark the job complete.
All your assets will be loaded into a private Dropbox folder that you will have access to for 90 days post-purchase. You own all of the assets and are free to download and use as you please.
